We play a critical role in driving Marvell s growth by bringing in the best minds in the industry and delivering a seamless candidate experience. What You Can Expect You will provide full-life cycle recruiting services to internal customer. Youll have exposure to the most advanced talent acquisition solutions, including advanced industry recruiting practices, artificial-intelligence (AI) tools, and the opportunities to work for all kinds of recruitment programs. Manage end to end recruitment process for the company including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role. Manage candidate pipeline through various channels and build the good relationship with potential candidates in long term. Work closely with hiring manager, HRBP and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Drive offer process - including negotiation, offer proposing, offer letters generating and extending. What Were Looking For Bachelor s degree or above. 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry or high-tech company. Strong sourcing skills and ability to cold call passive candidates. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
