So, what s the role all about We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for one of our business units at NiCE. This role plays a critical part in managing the full hiring lifecycle from creating and managing job requisitions and postings on the company career site, to budget verification and approvals, candidate pre-screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and conducting reference checks and cognitive assessments. The role also involves developing effective behavioral and high-impact interview guides to support quality hiring decisions. A strong attention to detail is essential, especially in maintaining and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and efficient reporting. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first impression to final interaction while consistently representing and enhancing the NiCE employer brand. What you will be doing Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent attraction, selection, hiring, and onboarding Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate interest for open positions through advanced sourcing techniques Perform database mining, Boolean searches, and X-ray searches to engage passive talent Leverage market research to define target talent segments and guide sourcing efforts Design and implement strategic programs or talent communities to attract top talent Develop and maintain a strong referral network to expand candidate reach Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Effectively communicate and promote the company s value proposition to potential candidates Ensure accurate and consistent use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and manage reporting Create personalized, targeted messaging to engage candidates across channels Write compelling job descriptions and announcements that reflect the role and culture Develop impactful interview guides and ensure a seamless candidate experience Analyse recruitment data and talent trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market Have you got what it takes 8 -10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Tier 1 or Tier 2 software companies Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A proactive, energetic, and self-driven personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word What s in it for you Enjoy NiCE-FLEX!
