Senior-Talent Acquisition Executive

Goals & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine Selection Criteria
Screening potential candidates from various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
Organise and attend job fairs or campus interviews
Timely closing of positions
Scheduling interview for shortlisted candidate by employee
Extend offers to successful candidates and salary negotiation
Processing on boarding for new hires and necessary paperwork updating
Joining Formalities
Induction formality of the new joiner

Qualification Preferred:

Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition
Any Graduate or MBA HR will be preferred
4-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment
Familiarities with social media, resume database and professional networks
Good Communication Skills
Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate professionally
