Job Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Build and manage strong pipelines of talent for niche skills, especially in VDI and related technology domains. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define role specifications. Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting) to identify the right talent. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to attract high-quality candidates. Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers for leadership visibility. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Accops presence in the technology talent market.
