Role Overview

Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.
  
• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, and referrals.
  
• Visit

  technical institutes, training centers, and workshops

  to attract fresh or semi-skilled talent.
• Conduct on-ground recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate mobilization.
  
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, certifications, and relevant experience.
  
• Coordinate interviews with the interview panel and follow up until joining.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  1 to 3 years in field or volume hiring (experience in manufacturing, construction, or service industry preferred).

• Qualification:

  Any graduate.

• Skills:

• Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with skilled worker hiring.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai or Bangalore.
