Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Executive to join our team at The Indian Hotels Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in designing and implementing training programs.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
