Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for all requisitions within scope, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selection. Your key focus will be to execute a consistent talent acquisition strategy for open positions, develop relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a strong talent assessment process across all hiring teams. Additionally, you will share market intelligence to inform talent decisions and champion appropriate sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selection - Develop relationships with hiring managers to enable co-ownership of the hiring agenda - Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize efficiency and enable proactive planning - Share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent decisions - Champion appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection, and pre-onboarding strategies - Ensure timely updates to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and data compliance within systems - Partner with Sourcing Specialist to support hiring requirements in niche skill areas Qualifications Required: - 10 to 12 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in hiring research and development roles in the pharma industry - Strong assessment and interviewing skills with expertise in assessment and selection methodologies - Ability to manage relationships with Senior Leaders and drive a targeted D&I hiring agenda - Understanding of regional hiring trends in the pharmaceutical industry - Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills - Strong project management and critical thinking skills with attention to detail - Graduation or MBA qualification About the Company: Novartis is dedicated to helping people with diseases and their families by bringing together a community of smart, passionate individuals.
