Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for IT positions and a strong understanding of the technology industry. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill a variety of IT roles within the company. Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for IT positions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates. Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external agencies, managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective closure of open positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating regularly and addressing any queries or concerns. Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand job requirements and identify the ideal candidate profiles. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential talent pools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring for IT positions. Knowledge of IT job roles, technologies, and industry trends. Strong understanding of the technology industry and IT roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to source and recruit top IT talent. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
