Role & responsibilities Tasks 1.Creating New Tickete & Closing / Resolving tickets on tool 2.Assigning New tickete to respective workgroup 3.SR Closing on tools. 4.Downloading weekly and Monthly reports and sharing with required Team members. 5.Transferring Tickets to respective Location and follow-up till resolution. 6. Buyback SR assigning and Resolving SR after formatting. 1. Reset password of requested Employee ID's 2. Unblock Employee ID's 1. Reset password of requested User ID's 2. Unblock ID's. 1. Replying on mails which is related to Helpdesk Team 1. Daily checklist checking 2. Creating Daily Attendance. 3. Cordinating with users on Teams 4. Creating incidents behalf of users. 5. As per customer requirement work on assigned task & prepared the Data. 6. Following up with FME engineers and Printer team for pending calls. 7. Sharing pending call details to all the respective team and vendors and follow up for closer. 1. Call log with vendor & follow up for Assets - buy back with kill disk activity. 2. India support Call Log and tracking on excel. Prepared DCR report and publish. Pending call ticket report and follow-up on closure with ageing. IT Accessories Report Security Incident Report. Network Checklist tracker of location engineer.
