Job Description

Role & responsibilities Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. Conduct remote troubleshooting. Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue and take the help of senior. Record technical issues and solutions in logs. Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional. Client level user Mail management (Google Workspace) Supporting the desktop Operating Systems, Office Automation like MS Office, Google Workspace. Installation and Trouble Shooting on Printer / Scanners related issues. Installing / upgrading software on the clients. Preferred candidate profile
