About Us:


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation:

    Architect, configure, and deploy

    NVIDIA GPU

    and

    Supermicro server

    solutions. Design scalable compute, storage, and networking architectures tailored for customer and project needs. Conduct system integration, benchmarking, and performance tuning.

  • Technical Support:

    Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for

    NVIDIA DGX systems

    , Supermicro servers, and related infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues, coordinating vendor escalations (NVIDIA, Supermicro).

  • Collaboration & Partner Engagement:

    Collaborate closely with NVIDIA and Supermicro technical teams for solution validation and product updates. Support internal sales and presales teams with customer engagements, demos, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations.

  • Data Center Management:

    Manage on-premise and hosted lab environments for testing and evaluation. Ensure adherence to data center standards related to power, cooling, cabling, and security.

  • Documentation:

    Prepare comprehensive system design documents, deployment guides, test reports, and maintain accurate asset/configuration records.

    • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum

      8 years

      of experience in systems engineering, preferably within data center or enterprise infrastructure environments.
    • Strong knowledge of

      NVIDIA GPU architectures

      (DGX, HGX, CUDA, AI/ML frameworks).
    • Proficiency with

      Supermicro server platforms

      , including BIOS/firmware management and IPMI tools.
    • Familiarity with data center networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand) and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
    • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (

      VMware, Hyper-V, KVM

      ) and Linux/Windows server environments.
    • Exposure to containerization (

      Docker, Kubernetes

      ) and AI infrastructure management is a plus.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Preferred Certifications:
    • NVIDIA Certified Professional (NCP/NGCA)
    • Supermicro Certified Engineer
    • VMware VCP / Cisco CCNP / Red Hat RHCE
