Senior Systems Engineer - Data Center & AI Infrastructure

As a Senior Systems Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge data center and AI infrastructure solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Design & Implementation: - Architect, configure, and deploy NVIDIA GPU and Supermicro server solutions. - Design scalable compute, storage, and networking architectures tailored for customer and project needs. - Conduct system integration, benchmarking, and performance tuning. - Technical Support: - Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for NVIDIA DGX systems, Supermicro servers, and related infrastructure. - Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues, coordinating vendor escalations (NVIDIA, Supermicro). - Collaboration & Partner Engagement: - Collaborate closely with NVIDIA and Supermicro technical teams for solution validation and product updates. - Support internal sales and presales teams with customer engagements, demos, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations. - Data Center Management: - Manage on-premise and hosted lab environments for testing and evaluation. - Ensure adherence to data center standards related to power, cooling, cabling, and security. - Documentation: - Prepare comprehensive system design documents, deployment guides, test reports, and maintain accurate asset/configuration records. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within data center or enterprise infrastructure environments. - Strong knowledge of NVIDIA GPU architectures (DGX, HGX, CUDA, AI/ML frameworks). - Proficiency with Supermicro server platforms, including BIOS/firmware management and IPMI tools. - Familiarity with data center networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand) and storage systems (SAN/NAS). - Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and Linux/Windows server environments. - Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI infrastructure management is a plus. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
