✅ We’re Hiring: Systems Engineer (L2–L3 Support) 📍 Location: Hybrid – S110, 4th Floor, Monlash Business Centre, Crescens Tower, Metro Pillar 327, NH544, Changampuzha Nagar, South Kalamassery, Kalamassery, Ernakulam, Kerala 682033 🕒 Shift: 24/7 rotational (3 shifts), 2 days off/week 📅 Experience: 2–3 years 🏢 Company: SupportBlend Technologies ⸻ 👨‍💻 About the Role: SupportBlend Technologies is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Systems Engineer (L2–L3) to join our Linux support team. In this hybrid role, you will manage and support mission-critical Linux systems in a dedicated client environment, working in rotational shifts that ensure round-the-clock availability. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders using platforms like Slack, Mattermost, and Deskpro to ensure transparent and effective communication across teams. ⸻ 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 2 and 3 Linux support across client environments • Troubleshoot OS, service, and infrastructure-related issues • Ensure system uptime, apply updates, and secure Linux servers • Handle and resolve incident tickets via Deskpro, JIRA, etc. • Collaborate using tools like Slack, Mattermost, internal wikis • Maintain and document SOPs, incident reports, and system changes • Work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule with two days off per week ⸻ ✅ Must-Have Skills: • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) • Strong understanding of Linux internals, networking, and file systems • Experience with web, DNS, FTP, and mail services (Apache/Nginx, SMTP, etc.) • Familiar with tools like SSH, journalctl, rsync, netstat, etc. • Strong working knowledge of Slack, Deskpro, Mattermost, or similar tools • Good documentation and ticket-handling skills • Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a client-facing, collaborative environment ⸻ ⭐ Nice to Have: • Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, or LFCS • Experience with virtualization (KVM, VMware), Zabbix/Nagios monitoring • Familiarity with ITIL practices and modern service desk platforms ⸻ 📩 Apply Now: Email your resume to careers@supportblend.com or apply directly on LinkedIn.
