Job Description

IT -System Engineer for Unit

Overview:

The IT System Engineer position is primarily for supporting all IT related activities for the unit. The IT Engineer responsibilities will include installation maintece testing troubleshooting and coordination with service providers. The System Engineer will adhere to Change Management and Configuration Management processes for hardware and software changes. The System Engineer will be expected to develop recommendations and implementations for scalability and performance improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform operating system software installationpatchingupgrading and maintece.
Provide 1st level support for business applications like Hospital Information SystemLaboratory Information SystemRadiology Information SystemSAP and Oracle Fusion.
Coordinate with central network and security team for incident and service requests.
Maintain IT Asset and provide support to IT Audit team for Compliance checks
Provide operating system performance tuningproblem diagnosis and problem resolution.

Support system security and network services requirements.
Need to handle the Vendor payments along with fiannce

Soft Skills

Ability to think technically and analytically is required.
Effective and efficient written and oral communication with internal and external contacts is required.
Ability to work well with a team is required.
