Implement cloud services like S3, CloudFront, Load Balancers, Auto-Scaling Groups. Manage virtual machines and containers using Docker, VMware, or Hyper-V. 5. Backup, Recovery & Disaster Management Implement automated backup solutions and ensure data recovery mechanisms. Conduct regular disaster recovery drills. Maintain documentation of backup schedules and recovery procedures. 6. Software & License Management Install, update, and manage business-critical software across departments. Maintain software licensing compliance and perform regular audits. 7. Technical Support Provide Level 1/2/3 support for end-users including developers and other staff. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain an IT asset inventory and manage procurement of new hardware/software. 8. Documentation & Compliance Create and update SOPs, user manuals, and infrastructure documentation. Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
