Senior Supervisor

Job Description: Senior Supervisor – Employee Transport (iCabs)Position OverviewThe Senior Supervisor will oversee day-to-day employee transportation operations at iCabs. This includes managing drivers, ensuring timely pickups/drop-offs, maintaining service quality, and handling client escalations. The role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and expertise in transport management software (Safetrax, Routematic) to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable services. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily transport operations including routing, scheduling, and driver allocation. Monitor cab punctuality, trip adherence, and service quality in line with client SLAs. Handle escalations from employees/clients and resolve operational issues promptly. Manage shift rosters, attendance, and ensure vehicle readiness and availability. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with transport policies and local regulations. Train and guide drivers and ground staff on company standards, safety, and customer service. Maintain operational reports including trip logs, incidents, and driver performance. Utilize Moveinsync Safetrax and Routematic software for routing, tracking, roster management, and reporting. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to implement process improvements. Handle emergencies such as breakdowns, delays, and last-minute route changes effectively. Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2+ years of experience in employee transport / fleet management / logistics operations. Hands-on experience in Moveinsync, Safetrax & Routematic software for employee transport management. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage drivers and ground staff. Good knowledge of city routes, traffic rules, and safety protocols. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting. Graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration, Transport Management, or related field (preferred).
