Ro Lead the planning and implementation of real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.). Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management. Manage all phases of the construction lifecycle from site mobilization to handover. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project/Primavera and report on key milestones and KPIs. Ensure compliance with building codes, legal requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards. Review and approve project designs, budgets, BOQs, and timelines. Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor negotiations to control project costs. Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead on-site project teams, including Site Engineers, Contractors, and Supervisors. Prepare regular status reports for management and attend review meetings.
