Job Description

Kushals Retail Pvt LTd is looking for Senior Style Associate CHN MOGAPPAIR to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of store displays and visual merchandising plans.
Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize store performance.
Train and mentor junior staff members on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in style and fashion.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field, with a minimum of years of experience.
Strong knowledge of style and fashion principles, including current trends and future predictions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications to analyze sales data and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
