  • rovide input into HR policies, processes, and programs for FBS, India. L
  • ead the gathering of requirements to help with the development of HR programs, processes and policies based on local business needs P
  • rovide leadership and serve as an integrator across HR functions (i.e., TA, C&B, etc.) P
  • artner with COE to develop business solutions for People Leaders and their employees A
  • dvise and support People Leaders with employee relations matters in consultation with Personnel Relations team. F
  • acilitate talent, employee engagement, team and organizational effectiveness and change management activities within the relevant skill teams. C
  • oach and support the ongoing development of People Leaders around their leadership effectiveness C
  • oach senior leaders; advise leaders on strategic talent challenges. R
  • efer employees and People Leaders to HR Shared Services or the appropriate delivery model channel to get their HR inquiries answered C
