Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior People Specialist on the globally diverse APAC T2 team of the Employee Success (ES) team at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to employees across various geographic locations. Your responsibilities will include serving as a primary point of contact for front-line support, providing expert advice on HR policies, driving process optimization, and participating in special projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary point of contact for front-line support including escalated cases from Tier 1/People Advisor team using the case management system. - Provide proactive resolution and appropriate referral of employee-related questions. - Drive Process & Systems Optimization by collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee experiences and continuous improvement. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the development of best practices. - Exercise sound judgment within defined policies and practices, recognizing and escalating complex issues as necessary. - Manage or actively participate in special projects and programs assigned to People Specialist teams. - Maintain timely and compliant documentation for all process activities to ensure high-quality employee records and controls. - Ensure compliance and confidentiality with sensitive employee information according to regulations. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company. - Experience in a centralized HR or shared services function is preferred. - Experience with case management systems and Workday is advantageous. - Interest in AI and human/agent collaboration. - Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage high volumes of cases. - Ability to work in a diverse, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
