Senior Solution Architect - Data Architecture

• As a Senior Solution Architect - Data Architecture, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards

Responsibilities: -

• * Plan and design innovative solution frameworks aligning with the market needs, technological trends and relevant business use cases for client
• * Work collaboratively with the markets/sales/customer success/market delivery leaders in defining and delivering the solutions
• * Build value proposition assets and accelerate the delivery for client engagements
• * Responsible for leading Scrum teams and executing solutions planning, designing and building through Agile methodology, and delivering end-to-end engineering solutions independently
• * Engage in a variety of tasks from stakeholder management to technical design
• * Identify and implement improvements in Agile methods, CI/CD tools, and project management, and foster a culture of innovation
• * Plan the delivery of projects from pre-project to post-go-live support, directly impacting business outcomes
• * Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Experience: - 13 - 14 years

Educational Qualifications: -

• * Engineering Degree - BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc/ M.Sc
• * Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
• * Certification in Azure, Databricks, or healthcare analytics-related domains

Skills: -Mandatory

Technical Skills: -

• * Minimum 13+ years of experience in IT/data and analytics areas and 10+ years experience in product engineering mindset along with building data and analytics platform including reusable solution frameworks and assets
• * Experience in architecting and building data centric solution frameworks and products such as data ingestion, data quality, data governance, validation, data warehousing areas
• * Experience in designing and building reusable frameworks on data platforms (Databricks/Snowflake) and leveraging hyperscalers is a must
• * Must Deploy reusable frameworks and implemented in the client environments
• * Plan and design innovative solution frameworks aligning with the market trends and technological innovations
• * Translate healthcare clients business needs into technical solutions, and ensure the platform meets user needs and business goals
• * Application of AI/Gen AI automation use cases where applicable
• * Define platform roadmap, build value proposition assets, and accelerate the delivery for the client engagements
• * Work collaboratively with the markets/sales/customer success/market delivery leaders in defining new use cases and enhancements for the platform
• * Take ownership of the platform lifecycle, from conception to maintenance, and making decisions about priorities and future releases & development
• * You will lead multiple delivery streams and provide technical guidance, enhancing your leadership and management skills
• * Experience in designing and building solutions frameworks/products for healthcare clients (e.g, provider, payer/health plans) and associated business systems is a big plus
• * Hands-on experience and designing of data models (analytical/ dimensional) is a plus
• * Taking solutions to the go-to-market and winning/implementing for the clients and accelerating the delivery

Good to Have Skills: -

• * Experience in designing and building reusable frameworks/products for healthcare clients (e.g : provider, payer/health plans) and associated business systems is a big plus
• * Hands-on experience in designing data models (analytical/dimensional) is a plus
• * Taking solutions to the go-to-market and winning/implementing for the clients and accelerating the delivery
• * Application of Gen AI for automation
• * Should have worked on legacy data warehousing/data estate migration and modernization themes and associated automated solutions
