Capco is currently seeking a Solution Architect with 10 to 18 years of experience in the BFSI domain to join their team in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills and a strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, primarily agile. The role involves working with Insurance Applications, Third-party applications, and managing Upstream/Downstream impacts. The Solution Architect will be responsible for tasks such as Functional Consultancy, Architecture Review Board, creating high-level and low-level design documentation, and should preferably have TOGAF certification. Familiarity with Microservices, SOA, Togaf, Zachman with HLD/LLD/Proof of Concept, and experience in engineering are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and requires good communication skills, technical guidance abilities, personal impact, influence, stakeholder and relationship management, and leadership skills. The Solution Architect role at Capco is focused on defining end-to-end solutions for IT changes, creating functional and secure designs, delivering solutions aligned with the IT Strategy, and ensuring compliance with standards and governance. The role involves producing design options, working with product owners, architects, and project colleagues to make trade-offs between long-term and short-term goals, and ensuring the integrity of the end-to-end solution. The Solution Architect is responsible for shaping and estimating IT initiatives, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that component parts deliver business outcomes.
