Reproduce, analyze, and document defects with clarity, collaborating closely with developers and product teams for timely resolution.
Support test planning and test management activities using Jira Xray and maintain testing traceability across sprints and releases.
Contribute to automation efforts using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver, assisting in building automated test suites for regression and functional validation.
Work with service management platforms such as ServiceNow for issue tracking, incident reporting, and workflow coordination.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, agile teams to ensure product quality, smooth sprint delivery, and continuous improvement.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and quality-focused discussions with stakeholders.
Ensure compatibility testing across multiple operating systems, including Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS.
