You’ll work on brand storytelling, short-form video scripts, and visual communication to build credibility and engagement. 💼 Key Responsibilities Research and analyze HiredNext’s current brand presence. Create content ideas, scripts, and captions for reels and posts. Design visuals and layouts using Canva / CapCut / Descript. Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar for founder branding. Write short posts, blog snippets, and brand stories around hiring, leadership, and growth. Track engagement and suggest ways to improve reach and consistency. Skills Required Strong writing and storytelling skills (English). Understanding of LinkedIn / Instagram / YouTube content formats. Basic graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar). Creative thinking, research ability, and attention to detail. Awareness of startup/founder content trends is a plus. Internship Details Duration: 4–8 weeks Mode: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible) Commitment: 2–3 hours per day Stipend: Performance-based / Certificate + LOR Assignment (for Shortlisting) Review HiredNext And Founder’s LinkedIn Pages And Share Key observations on the brand tone. 2–3 short video or reel ideas for the founder.
