Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Tester with strong automation testing expertise to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the testing lifecycle for our key products, Talenticks HRMS and A2A Educational ERP, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability across releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test automation scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web and mobile applications.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs through defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Drive continuous improvements in test strategies and QA processes.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members as needed.
• Ensure timely and high-quality releases of product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
• Experience with API testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP or HRMS systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of performance/load testing.
