Senior Automation Engineer

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for core platform capabilities
• Define and drive automation strategy in partnership with cross-functional engineering teams
• Create and maintain high-quality test cases for new features and enhancements
• Develop automation tests for

  API and UI components

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in

  Linux-based environments

• Apply hands-on expertise in

  cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes (K8s)

  to improve testing effectiveness
• Lead automation initiatives using

  Robot Framework

  or

  Golang-based frameworks (Ginkgo / Go-dog)

• Champion testing best practices, standards, and quality methodologies
• Collaborate with management to define automation goals and track delivery against them

• 8+ years

  of IT experience with a strong focus on QA and automation
• Proven experience leading and managing QA / Automation teams
• Strong hands-on experience with

  API and UI automation testing

• Proficiency in

  Linux-based operating systems

• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes (K8s)

• Strong skills in test design, troubleshooting, and debugging
  

• Experience with

  Robot Automation Framework

  or

  Golang-based test frameworks (Ginkgo / Go-dog)

• CKA or CKAD certification

• Proficiency in

  GoLang or Python

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in defining and achieving strategic automation goals
