About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer who can take ownership of technical development, lead a team of developers, and act as a key point of contact for international and domestic clients. The ideal candidate should have strong coding expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Communicate effectively with international clients, gather requirements, and provide regular updates.
• Participate in architectural discussions, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Manage task allocation, timelines, and ensure smooth coordination within the team.

Requirements

• Experience: 6–10 years in software development with at least 2–3 years in a team lead role.
• Proficiency in PHP, Nodejs, Angular etc.
• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and version control (Git).
• Strong coding background and ability to contribute hands-on in complex modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing role).
• Experience in coordinating with international clients will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
