Role Summary

Senior Software Developer / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end

  software development lifecycle

  – from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using

  ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API

  .
• Implement front-end functionality using

  JavaScript, jQuery, and XSLT

  .
• Design and optimize

  SQL databases

  for performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain

  microservices

  and integrate with third-party APIs (

  REST / SOAP

  ).
• Work with

  Elasticsearch, Loggly, and Redis

  for search, monitoring, and caching solutions.
• Collaborate closely with

  QA, Business Analysts, and Support teams

  to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with

  ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API

  .
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, jQuery, XSLT

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SQL database design and optimization

  .
• Solid understanding of

  microservices architecture

  and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Experience working with

  Elasticsearch, Loggly, Redis

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience mentoring teams or leading projects is preferred.
