Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive freshers to join our Client Support team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to grow in the tech support domain. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping resolve technical queries and ensuring a smooth support experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle and respond to client queries via tickets and emails. Understand and replicate client issues to provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams (L2/L3) for escalations, bugs, or customizations. Maintain organized mailbox management and identify priority issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Support team performance and contribute to a collaborative work environment. What Were Looking For: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and a customer-first mindset. Basic understanding of ticketing tools Jira/Zoho/Servicenow & SQL queries Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
