Job Description: As a Senior Customer Support Representative in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in an outbound calls - voice process. Your main duties will include ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and effectively communicating with clients. Troubleshooting issues and maintaining a high level of customer service to resolve concerns and enhance the overall customer experience will be key components of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support in a voice process setting - Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries effectively - Communicate with clients to troubleshoot issues - Maintain a high level of customer service to resolve concerns and elevate the customer experience Qualifications: - Customer Support and Customer Service skills - Strong communication and customer satisfaction skills - Effective troubleshooting abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Note: Freshers are encouraged to apply for this role.
