Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences, including project management, technical support, and training delivery.
  • Develop strong understanding of clients' needs and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in Client Servicing, Client Success, Client Engagement, Client Interaction, and Customer Focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
