Position Description :
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will take ownership of the design and development of critical modules. You will mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure adherence to best coding practices across the team.
We are looking for a .NET Team Lead to provide technical leadership, design scalable solutions, and drive development practices across the team. You will be responsible for project planning, code quality, team mentorship, and technical delivery.
8 - 12 years of experience in enterprise-level .NET development.
Proven expertise in software architecture, system design, and modern design patterns.
Strong background in SQL Server, advanced PL/SQL, and data modeling.
Excellent team management, planning, and communication skills.
Experience in working with large-scale systems and legacy modernization efforts.
