Position Description: Java L3 Production Support and Maintenance) The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 (L3) support for critical production systems, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to work in rotational shifts to provide round-the-clock support coverage.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L2 teams within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop, test, and deploy code fixes, enhancements, or configuration changes as required.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth releases and environment stability.
• Participate in incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and runbooks.
• Support production deployments, hotfixes, and application upgrades during off-hours as required.
• Continuously improve system reliability and efficiency through automation and optimization initiatives.
