Job Description

Provide L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L2 teams within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
Develop, test, and deploy code fixes, enhancements, or configuration changes as required.
Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth releases and environment stability.
Participate in incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and runbooks.
Support production deployments, hotfixes, and application upgrades during off-hours as required.
Continuously improve system reliability and efficiency through automation and optimization initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Excellent hands-on knowledge of Kafka, Camunda, Linux, and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar). Intermediate proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Exposure to Cloud technologies (preferably Kubernetes, Docker, or Azure). Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and integration patterns. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana). Exposure to AI and automation tools will be an added advantage.
