3+ years of NetSuite Functional/Admin Experience
1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering . Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. . Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements using NetSuite. . Document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
2. NetSuite Implementation & Configuration . Configure NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) based on business needs. . Define and set up roles, permissions, workflows, and automation. . Assist in system migrations, data imports, and integrations with third-party applications.
3. Customization & Solution Design . Collaborate with technical teams to implement SuiteScript customizations when needed. . Design and recommend NetSuite best practices for scalability and efficiency. . Support custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to meet business reporting needs.
4. Testing, Training & Support . Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues. . Provide training and documentation to end-users and key stakeholders. . Offer post-implementation support and resolve system-related queries.
5. Project Management & Stakeholder Communication . Work alongside project managers to ensure timely implementation and system go-live. . Communicate with key business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders. . Manage change requests and system upgrades while ensuring minimal business disruption. . Flexible to work during European and North American shift hours, including on-call support.
