As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help drive our mission and lead the development of cutting-edge financial applications.

Job Overview

We’re hiring a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong fintech domain expertise, backend proficiency, and hands-on experience in third-party API integration.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Building secure, scalable fintech applications.
• Leading integrations with DMT, AEPS, and utility services.
• Mentoring junior engineers and setting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using CodeIgniter and Laravel (React/Node.js optional but preferred).
• Integrate and troubleshoot third-party financial APIs (DMT, AEPS, PGs, etc.).
• Design and implement middleware APIs for utility recharge & financial services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business).
• Write clean, secure, and scalable code (PHP, MySQL, JS, HTML, CSS).
• Ensure compliance with financial data regulations and security protocols.
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
• Mentor junior developers and improve development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend/full-stack development.
• Proven expertise in CodeIgniter & Laravel.
• Strong in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on with financial API integration (DMT, AEPS, PGs).
• Familiarity with fintech systems & compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with digital wallets or fintech platforms.
• Knowledge of secure coding and encryption.
• Familiarity with microservices and API gateways.
• Experience with React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
