Role Overview:

Technical Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the

  primary technical interface

  between the client and offshore team.
• Participate in

  client meetings

  ,

  sprint retrospectives

  , and represent the offshore team effectively.
• Be accountable for

  timely delivery

  of tickets assigned to the offshore team.
• Collaborate with the client to

  plan current workload and upcoming deployments

• Ensure

  on-time and quality delivery

  of products/services during deployment windows.
• Communicate effectively and

  highlight risks or impediments

  during stand-ups and status meetings.
• Work within

  Kanban

  and have

  exposure to Agile Scrum

  methodologies.
• Conduct

  regular status meetings

  with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Technical Competencies:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Hands-on experience in

  architecting enterprise-level web and backend applications

  using user-centric design thinking.
• Skilled in

  defining, validating, and prioritizing product features

  – clean code, reusable components, proper error handling, and memory management.
• Experience with

  (Git, Bitbucket).
• Understanding of

  application security

  and defensive coding principles.
• Familiarity with

  branching/merging strategies

  build automation

• Experience working on

  AWS Cloud Services

  (VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Exposure to

  Kubernetes

  Argo CD

  for container orchestration and deployments.
• Ability to
