Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Navitas, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance microservices in a modern .NET/C# environment. Your responsibilities will include architecting and optimizing data pipelines, collaborating with AI and data teams, and building integrations with external services and APIs. You will ensure robust security, scalability, and observability across distributed systems while staying abreast of emerging technologies for our next-gen platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices in a modern .NET/C# environment - Architect and optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for AI-driven products - Collaborate with AI and data teams to deploy machine learning models into production systems - Build integrations with external services and APIs for scalable solutions - Ensure security, scalability, and observability in distributed systems - Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience - 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in designing scalable backend systems using C#/.NET and microservices architecture - Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores - Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Ability to design for performance, reliability, and security in data-intensive systems - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment If you set yourself apart with startup experience, exposure to AI/ML-powered systems, or experience in healthcare or fintech domains, it will be an added advantage.
