Role Overview

We are looking for a

creative, strategic, and results-driven

Social Media professional to lead and manage our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The role requires expertise in

social media strategy, content planning, trend analysis, and performance optimization

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Monitor daily performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to optimize campaign results.
  • Research industry trends and track competitor activity for fresh ideas.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions while managing brand reputation.
  • Plan and execute influencer collaborations and special campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics and growth.
  • Stay updated with social media platform changes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Recent degree/diploma in Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Relevant years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising and SEO is a plus.
