Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Strategy:

  Create and manage monthly content calendars for F&B and hospitality brands.

• Execution:

  Manage posting, grid planning, and timely scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Content Creation:

  Ideate reels, trend-based content, and brand campaigns. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for shoots.

• Client Servicing:

  Act as the point of contact for client updates, approvals, and coordination.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Track monthly performance, engagement, reach, and growth; share reports with insights and recommendations.

• Brand Communication:

  Ensure consistent tone, style, and branding across all platforms.

• On-ground Support:

  Be available for shoots, events, and client meetings as needed in Mumbai.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in social media management (F&B and Hotels experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of content buckets for hospitality (stay, F&B, events, weddings, MICE).
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts.
• Based in

  Mumbai

  (candidates between Churchgate – Borivali preferred for easy access).
