About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with experience in F&B and Hotels to join our growing team at MnM Media. The role requires someone creative, organized, and client-focused who can manage content, execution, and performance while working in a hybrid setup. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Strategy: Create and manage monthly content calendars for F&B and hospitality brands. Execution: Manage posting, grid planning, and timely scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Content Creation: Ideate reels, trend-based content, and brand campaigns. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for shoots. Client Servicing: Act as the point of contact for client updates, approvals, and coordination. Analytics & Reporting: Track monthly performance, engagement, reach, and growth; share reports with insights and recommendations. Brand Communication: Ensure consistent tone, style, and branding across all platforms. On-ground Support: Be available for shoots, events, and client meetings as needed in Mumbai. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management (F&B and Hotels experience preferred). Strong understanding of content buckets for hospitality (stay, F&B, events, weddings, MICE). Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media tools. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts. Based in Mumbai (candidates between Churchgate – Borivali preferred for easy access). Must be available to join immediately . Work Setup Hybrid role: Combination of remote working, co-working space meetings, and client visits. Collaborative team environment with exposure to premium hospitality and F&B brands.
