Company Details: https://www.thebrandmill.in/ https://www.instagram.com/thebrandmilll?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw== Key Responsibilities: Design static creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Work on print-ready artwork for brochures, posters, packaging, and other marketing collaterals Support branding, campaign, and product design projects as needed Collaborate with the content and marketing team to produce visually engaging designs Ensure all visuals align with the brand’s tone, style, and guidelines Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (bonus: InDesign, Figma) Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and composition Basic understanding of designing for digital vs. print mediums Attention to detail and ability to take creative feedback constructively Portfolio of previous work is mandatory (can include college projects or personal work) Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Motion graphics/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Knowledge of social media trends and formats Familiarity with branding and packaging design Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
