Job Description

Responsibilities • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies for various clients. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement. • Collaborate with the content creation team to develop creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns. • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. • Support the senior social media team with day-to-day tasks and projects. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • 4- 5 years of experience in social media management or a related role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices. • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). • Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and content creation. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
