Senior Site Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to lead site execution and ensure project activities are completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial or high-rise building projects, managing a site team, and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team.
• Review and verify material requisitions, measurements, and progress reports.
• Maintain daily work progress reports, checklists, and site documentation.
• Ensure proper resource planning and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Support QA/QC and billing teams in documentation and site verification.
• Attend client and consultant meetings for progress and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8–12 years in civil construction (preferably industrial/commercial/high-rise projects)
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
