Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  day-to-day site operations

  , ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and quality at every stage.

• Plan ahead:

  Organize manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently to meet project timelines.

• Maintain quality control:

  Ensure that all structural work reflects craftsmanship, precision, and company standards.

• Prioritize safety:

  Enforce safety protocols and ensure every worker returns home unharmed.

• Coordinate teams:

  Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues and streamline progress.

• Monitor progress:

  Track project timelines, verify daily work reports, quantities, and billing accuracy.

• Lead with care:

  Guide junior engineers, supervisors, and workers to maintain teamwork and shared accountability.

• Maintain documentation:

  Keep drawings, reports, and site records updated for clarity and transparency.

• Ensure compliance:

  Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in

  Civil Engineering

  (mandatory)

• 5-10 years

  of hands-on experience in construction site execution (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred)
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD

  and

  MS Office

• Strong understanding of

  construction processes, planning, material management, and safety standards

• Excellent

  communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Ability to handle multiple teams and maintain composure under pressure
