Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor

  daily site activities

  , ensuring work is executed as per drawings and schedule.
• Coordinate with

  structural consultants, architects, and contractors

  for seamless execution.
• Ensure

  quality control

  for concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, PT works, and finishing works.
• Verify and maintain all

  site measurements, BOQs, and material consumption records

• Manage

  labour teams

  , subcontractors, and resolve execution issues on site.
• Oversee

  PT beam/slab works

  , reinforcement checks, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain

  daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection logs

  .
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure availability of required resources.
• Ensure project timelines, safety guidelines, and quality standards are met.
• Report progress regularly to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 36 years of experience in real estate or commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of

  structural works, PT slabs/beams, RCC, MEP coordination, and finishing

  .
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, architectural plans, and project documents.
• Good communication skills and team coordination ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely execution.
