Senior Site Engineer

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various activities on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and organizing construction work by ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and labor. - Coordinate between different teams to keep the project on track. - Monitor construction progress, supervise site workers and subcontractors, and address any issues that arise. - Ensure construction materials and work meet required standards through inspections and tests. - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Control the use of materials and track labor and equipment usage for efficient resource utilization. - Prepare progress reports, maintain detailed records of site activities, and assist with budget management to keep costs within approved limits. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and solve problems efficiently.
