Senior Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Candidates must have core experience to manage Site planning, Site execution, Site monitoring & supervision of water projects.
• Proficient in Construction of Intake well, WTP, Pump house, ESR/OHT, Underground sump, Water pipeline as per approved drawings & specific design/Site requirement.
• Expertise in handling EPC Projects i.e. / Water supply project /Irrigation Project Etc.
• Proven skills in project management, Project Planning, scheduling billing, cost control, and contract management for various projects like Water supply projects, Pumping Stations, Pipe Line Project WTP, Unit work, Water Management and others.
• Assist to Handling the erection & commissioning of Water Treatment Plants and related technical activity of water supply sector.
• Provide monthly basis inputs and feedback to the function head about site conditions for framing policies & procedure.
• Resolving & troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job.
• Overseeing technical supervision, engineering & quality check for design documents/drawings of entire project work (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation)
• Responsible to lead a project through Initiation, Planning, Execution, Billing, Resource Utilization & Manpower Management, Quality assurance & Quality control and completion.
• Work to identify and target opportunities and build internal and external teams that can effectively compete and perform work.
• Ensure achievement of work targets in terms of procurement, execution, installation, erection commissioning etc. related to the scope of work.
• Coordinate & follow-up with all associate Project managers of sites /contractors/clients/TPI/PMC for daily work schedules and manage smooth flow of work.
• Preparing progress reports and Clients/Sub-Contractors RA Bills.
• Attend/Conduct various PM/Client/Associates meeting and prepare/submit Minutes of meeting report to the Management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive quality enhancement, process improvement, and cost savings initiatives.
• Managing projects with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
• Resourceful in planning, executing & spearheading construction projects with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
• Update projects status and report to the superior authority and to the internal departments.
• Mandatory to have good skills in the following languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English.
