Junior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support Site Operations:

  Assist in day-to-day construction activities and ensure execution as per plans and standards.

• Maintain Quality Standards:

  Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure they meet company and client expectations.

• Promote Safety:

  Follow and encourage safe work practices on-site.

• Assist in Planning:

  Help plan manpower, materials, and schedules for smooth operations.

• Coordinate with Teams:

  Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and vendors for clear communication and steady workflow.

• Track Daily Progress:

  Document work updates, prepare daily reports, and highlight any site challenges.

• Handle Measurements:

  Take accurate site measurements and assist in estimation and billing support.

• Manage Materials Efficiently:

  Monitor material usage, track stock levels, and minimize wastage.

• Support Documentation:

  Maintain site records, checklists, reports, and inspection logs.

• Assist in Issue Resolution:

  Identify and report site-level issues, supporting senior teams in resolving them efficiently.

• Encourage Collaboration:

  Communicate effectively with site teams for better workflow and teamwork.

• Learn Continuously:

  Stay proactive in learning new techniques, tools, and best practices.

• Demonstrate Professionalism:

  Show reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude while contributing to site goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in

  Civil Engineering

  (mandatory)

• 35 years

  of hands-on experience in construction site execution (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects)
• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  and

  MS Office

• Basic understanding of

  construction processes, supervision, and material management

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site engineering).
  
• Diploma in Civil / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  
• Immediate Joiner preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
  
• Proficiency in reading & interpreting drawings; labour & contractor coordination.
