Junior Site Engineer

Assists in on-site measurement verification, and coordination with subcontractors under guidance of senior engineers. Ideal for candidates starting their career in interior execution.

Job Role :

• To oversee on-site execution of interior and modular furniture projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within quality standards, and as per approved drawings and BOQs.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret working drawings and ensure execution as per design specifications.
• Supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, POP, painting, and modular installation works.
• Coordinate with design, factory, and purchase teams for material readiness and clarifications.
• Monitor manpower, material, and progress; maintain daily site logs and reports.
• Check alignment, levels, and finishes before handover.
• Follow QC and OPR forms for milestone approvals.
• Handle subcontractor billing and work progress verification.
• Attend client/site meetings and update project status with visuals.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic site measurement tools.
• Understanding of modular furniture assembly, materials, and finishes.
• Coordination and leadership abilities for site teams.
• Attention to detail, quality consciousness, and time management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture.

Salary Range : 10k to 12k per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
